Job summary

CHS Inc. is offering a paid internship in its Information Technology group for a ServiceNow Software Engineer Intern. The role focuses on delivering ServiceNow AI system modifications within the ITSM space and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The position is primarily remote with on-site days at Inver Grove Heights, MN a few times each month. You will join a team, follow agile practices, and collaborate with business units to implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Graduate degree in Business Management, Information Management, Computer Science, or other STEM degree program.

Responsibilities

• Join Enterprise Services Management Platform team to deliver ServiceNow AI system modifications for ITSM space.
• Understand requirements and formulate solutions in ServiceNow to support business needs.
• Develop an understanding of business processes, integration technologies and team guidelines and standards.
• Help ensure team understands business needs and goals and that solutions address core business needs.
• Adhere to scrum/agile processes as determined by a senior team member.
• Collaborate with business units to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
• Work with ESM team to deploy solutions into a production environment.
