Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow HAM Developer to design, develop, and maintain our hardware asset management capability in a remote-capable role based in Chantilly, VA. You will work with ITAM, Operations, and Procurement to optimize asset data, implement workflows, and ensure CMDB integrity across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include configuring HAM modules, building integrations, enabling automation, and delivering self-service assets via the Service Portal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience including the duties listed.
• Bachelor’s Degree may be substituted for 5 years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow platform development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of HAM implementation and configuration.
• Minimum 2 years of integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HAM components.
• Implement asset lifecycle, procurement, inventory, refresh and disposal.
• Develop Service Portal for self-service asset requests and reporting.
• Ensure CMDB data integrity, relationships and attributes.
• Build integrations via REST/SOAP, MID Servers, and data sources.
• Collaborate with ITAM and stakeholders to optimize HAM processes.
