Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Lead IT Analyst to spearhead ServiceNow AI initiatives and knowledge content across IT. This fully remote role offers opportunities to work from states including Oklahoma, with career growth and cross-team collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have ServiceNow certification, strong communication skills, and a track record of mentoring teams while delivering IT projects on time.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow including ticket management, platform usage, and workflow support.
• 3–5 years of IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow in a professional setting preferred.
• Active ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD, CIS, or other) is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow AI solutions.
• Develop, organize, maintain, and validate knowledge content used by ServiceNow AI tools.
• Ensure information is accurate, searchable, and optimized for AI-driven experiences.
• Partner with ServiceNow admins, developers, and stakeholders to improve knowledge management processes.
• Analyze ServiceNow tickets and trends to identify content gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with testing and validating AI-generated responses and recommendations.
• Recommend enhancements to improve user experience, content quality, and efficiency.
• Mentor and guide teammates while driving project deliverables to completion.
• Work independently and with IT teams to support enterprise initiatives.
