Job summary

Impact Advisors, LLC is seeking a Service Director for Application Managed Services to drive end-to-end IT service delivery across clients. You will oversee the Quality Center of Excellence, manage reporting, and advance a tech-forward strategy aligned with ITIL and SLAs.

You will lead engagement leaders, collaborate with vendors, and push for continuous improvement and innovations to enhance client satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 7+ years of IT Service Management or Service Delivery experience, preferably in MSP or IT outsourcing.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering IT services aligned with ITIL best practices for large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT services, ensuring SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs are met across clients.
• Lead the Quality Center of Excellence and drive RCA, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Support client engagements with regular service reviews and transparent status reporting.
• Lead or collaborate on new service offerings integrated with service delivery management.
• Mentor engagement leaders and collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
