Trace3 is seeking a Service Desk Technician to support a diverse client base, handle tickets, and liaise with customers. Strong AD/Outlook and VPN skills are expected, with certifications preferred. The role includes weekend daytime coverage and on-site work across major locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with IT systems and applications.
• Experience with Active Directory, Outlook, Exchange, O365 and VPN technologies.
• Certifications like A+/Network+ are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ticketing system and respond to service requests.
• Act as liaison for Service Desk customers and update runbooks.
• Self-manage tasks and create escalation tickets as needed.
• Assist with new hire training and knowledge base improvements.
