Job summary

Not Specified is seeking a remote help desk / IT support specialist to serve as the primary contact for incidents on a DoD enterprise platform. You will support modern software development and DevSecOps practices in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities include onboarding users, managing authentication and access with Keycloak, and administering Jira projects and Confluence spaces, while troubleshooting login and permission issues and escalating complex problems as needed.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in help desk or IT support.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Familiarity with identity and access management, Atlassian tools, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer incidents and technical issues.
Support DevSecOps initiatives in a fully remote environment.
Manage user onboarding, authentication, and access administration through Keycloak.
Create and administer Jira projects and Confluence spaces, including permissions.
Troubleshoot login, account, and permission issues, and escalate complex problems.
