Job summary

30 Lines is seeking a remote SEO Manager to lead a small team of contract SEO specialists and shape the strategy as search evolves with AI-driven changes.

The role focuses on project management, quality control, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable visibility, traffic, and leads for multiple client properties. Remote work is allowed in eligible states; a strong background in technical SEO is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience, including technical SEO.
• Experience leading SEO projects or directing other team members.
• Technical SEO depth across multiple sites or locations.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing advertising requirements within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and manage contract SEO specialists, set deadlines and coach the team.
• Drive SEO strategy and service scope in response to changing search landscapes.
• Run SEO projects by scoping, scheduling and tracking in Asana.
• Own quality of SEO deliverables and maintain technical SEO health.
• Prove results by reporting on non-branded visibility, traffic, leads, and leases.
• Roll up your sleeves for hands-on SEO tasks up to 20% time: audits, listings, content, research.
• Protect client data with least-privilege access and SOC 2 tasks.
