Jellyfish is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead organic search strategies and drive client growth within our Earned Media team.

You will develop data-driven SEO plans, perform technical and content optimizations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions. The role focuses on improving organic visibility, traffic, and ROI for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with website architecture, indexing, crawling, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and site performance optimizations.
• Proficient in industry tools for SEO analysis and reporting.
• Ability to conduct keyword research and align strategies with user intent.
• Experience in project management and delivering client-focused results.
• Experience collaborating with multiple teams to integrate SEO into campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop SEO strategies tailored to client goals and measurable success.
• Conduct technical SEO audits to resolve architecture, crawlability, and performance gaps.
• Increase onsite content aligned with SEO best practices and user intent.
• Design and implement white-hat link-building to improve rankings.
• Use SEO research, competitor analysis, and market trends to refine strategies.
• Provide performance reports with insights and next steps.
• Participate in client meetings as a subject-matter expert.
• Collaborate with Social, Content, Paid Media, Display, Creative, Development, and UX teams to integrate SEO.
