Blacksmith Agency is expanding its marketing division and seeks an SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Manager to own strategy, performance and client leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and conversion optimization. The role emphasizes cross-channel oversight, strategic recommendations for clients, and collaboration with account executives on scope and deals.

The candidate will lead KPI tracking, audits, and performance summaries while coordinating with distributed teams to drive growth

Qualifications

4 to 7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel full-funnel strategy.
Strong experience running paid and organic channels at the same time.
Expertise with Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console and keyword research tools.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients across multiple industries.
Join sales calls with account executives to validate scope and pitch recommendations.
Build 90 day, 6 month and annual growth roadmaps for every client.
Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
Audit PPC campaigns, keyword strategies, bidding structures and CRO opportunities.
Oversee technical SEO, on-page SEO, link building and AI-driven content.
Own KPI tracking, conversion attribution and analytics accuracy.
Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
