Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is expanding its marketing team and seeks a Marketing Manager to own strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, SEO and conversion optimization. You will guide multi-client campaigns, lead client calls, and develop growth roadmaps while ensuring measurable results across paid and organic channels.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ability to articulate recommendations to executives, and experience coordinating with a marketing project manager.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels concurrently.
• Expertise with Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console and keyword tools.
• Ability to articulate strategic recommendations to clients and account executives.
• Track record of overseeing execution teams and deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills and quick diagnostic abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for PPC and SEO across multiple clients.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch recommendations.
• Create 90-day, 6-month and annual growth roadmaps for each client.
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
• Audit campaigns, keyword strategies, bidding, landing pages and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical SEO, on-page SEO, link building and AI-driven content.
• Own KPI tracking, attribution and analytics accuracy.
• Provide weekly direction and QA, align priorities with the marketing PM.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
