Siege Media is a remote-first GEO agency seeking a talented SEO/GEO Team Lead to own client relationships and strategy end to end. You will lead the plan, perform the work, and present results with no direct reports, guiding campaigns across ecommerce, fintech, and SaaS.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of SEO/GEO experience.
• Ability to audit sites and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce, fintech, and SaaS industries.
• Experience using AI tools to speed up SEO workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own clients end to end: build their SEO/GEO strategy, execute the deliverables, and lead client calls to present completed work and explain its impact.
• Ideate SEO/GEO roadmaps for client sites based on KPIs, competitor analysis, site audits, and industry expertise.
• Suggest and implement SEO/GEO best practices for client sites across industries.
• Audit and optimize high-value product, service, and landing pages across SEO, GEO, and CRO.
• Read and interpret site code to find technical SEO/GEO issues.
• Build clear checklists for deliverables showing opportunity, lift, and ownership.
• Coordinate and oversee SEO/GEO content creation with optimized briefs and web copy.
• Run weekly performance analyses and compile client reports in Data Studio.
• Create visuals in Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs to drive recommendations.
• Brainstorm tests to improve traditional and AI search presence.
• Stay updated on SEO/GEO changes and communicate improvements to non-technical stakeholders.
• Do whatever it takes to grow client online presence.
