Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional digital content writing, copywriting, SEO content, or related experience.
• Healthcare or regulated-industry writing experience.
• Experience with SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization.
• Hands-on WordPress authoring and publishing experience.
• Ability to write clear, accessible content meeting reading-level standards.
• Strong editing, proofreading, research, and project-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to multiple brand voices and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, accurate, audience-focused content for websites and other digital channels.
• Refresh and rewrite existing digital content to improve clarity, usability, discoverability, and performance.
• Develop content optimized for SEO and answer-engine optimization, including AI Overviews and FAQs.
• Use keyword research, user intent, competitive insights, and local-market trends to shape content recommendations.
• Write to reading-level requirements and accessibility standards.
• Optimize on-page elements including headlines, metadata, title tags, meta descriptions, alt text, internal links, and page structure.
• Measure, validate, and improve content performance using SEO and analytics tools.
• Publish and maintain content in WordPress.
• Maintain consistency with brand standards, editorial guidelines, accessibility requirements, and compliance.
• Collaborate with digital, marketing, design, SEO, and subject-matter stakeholders throughout planning, review, and publishing.
