Qualifications

3+ years of relevant SEO experience.
Experience auditing websites and prioritizing improvements.
Experience setting up analytics and conversion tracking.
Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Familiarity with AI-search or AEO tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategy and implementation plans.
Audit websites and identify technical and content opportunities.
Coordinate metadata, internal linking, redirects, and local search improvements.
Set up and validate analytics and tracking across GTM, GA4, and HubSpot.
Monitor performance and report progress to clients and teams.
Lead AI search and Answer Engine Optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with growth, content, web, and paid media teams.
