Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster in a nationally remote role to analyze claims, determine the proper action, and resolve complex cases with empathy and precision.

You will interact with claimants, clients, and vendors, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to regulatory standards while delivering exceptional service. A High School Diploma is required, with 5+ years of claims experience and appropriate licensure; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Competenze

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims software.

• Analyze claims exposure and determine action plans to resolve claims.
