WFS Group seeks a Senior Wealth Strategy Consultant to conduct 25–30 inbound Zoom consultations weekly with high-net-worth prospects. You will educate on retirement tax mitigation and Roth conversion strategies, aiming to close opportunities through consultative dialogue rather than hard selling.

Ideal candidates are CFP® professionals with strong communication, trust-building, and relationship management skills, who thrive in a high-performance, coaching-driven environment and prefer inbound

Competenze

• CFP® designation in good standing (non-negotiable)
• 5+ years in a client-facing financial planning, advisory, or consultative financial services role
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals

Mansioni

• Conduct 25–30 inbound Zoom consultations per week with qualified prospects.
• Educate prospects on retirement tax mitigation and Roth conversion planning concepts.
• Create meaningful epiphany moments that help prospects understand the long-term impact of tax planning decisions.
• Build trust and credibility through clear, consultative communication.
• Guide prospects through the decision-making process without relying on pressure-based sales tactics.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecasting.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team reviews, and ongoing training initiatives.
• Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and close-rate targets.
