Curvion Blue is seeking a Senior Wealth Strategy Consultant to conduct 25–30 inbound Zoom consultations weekly with high-net-worth prospects. You’ll educate on retirement tax strategies, assess needs with a proven framework, and close opportunities as the primary closer, not the planner.

The role emphasizes relationship building, trusted guidance, and educating clients over traditional selling, with extensive coaching and a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• CFP designation in good standing and 5+ years in client-facing financial services.
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals and complex conversations.
• Strong consultative communication skills and executive presence on Zoom.
• Clean U4 regulatory history and confidence presenting premium fees.
• Coachable, with follow-up discipline and CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 25–30 inbound Zoom consultations weekly with qualified prospects.
• Educate prospects on retirement tax mitigation and Roth conversion concepts.
• Assess retirement needs using the client’s framework and guide decision-making.
• Maintain CRM records and forecast pipeline; participate in coaching sessions.
• Achieve revenue/close-rate targets while upholding trust and professionalism.
• Collaborate with planning teams; focus on education over hard selling.
