Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Manager with deep beauty or skincare roots to lead in-store strategy and drive sell-through at major retail partners.

You will oversee end-to-end merchandising, planograms, and fixture production across channels, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align with calendars and launches. This is a remote contract role open to US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of visual merchandising experience.
• Experience with beauty or skincare brands.
• Ulta Beauty experience highly preferred (fixture systems, planograms, brand standards).
• Experience leading end-to-end retail merchandising rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of visual merchandising assets, displays, and fixtures across retail channels.
• Own and optimize planogram strategy for brand consistency and visual impact in stores.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align merchandising with promotions and launches.
• Direct production and rollout of displays, managing vendors, budgets, and timelines.
