Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Senior Vice President of Revenue Management & eCommerce to lead Revenue Management efforts and support our team of hospitality enthusiasts.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Revenue Management discipline for hotels within Collegiate Hotel Group, including brands like Graduate and Marine & Lawn.
- Hire, lead, inspire, motivate, and strategize with your team of Area and Regional Directors of Revenue Management.
- Collaborate with eCommerce leaders to develop tactics that drive awareness and transactions across the demand funnel.
- Leverage data to ensure digital tactics provide strong ROI across key KPIs.
- Work with marketing teams to identify need periods and develop tactics to address shortfalls.
- Enhance forecasting processes and communication strategies continually.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet budgeted expectations and increase market share.
- Analyze and communicate results to internal stakeholders and owners.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue management strategies, processes, and communication methods.
- Develop growth plans for high-performing revenue management leaders.
- Focus on high-priority and underperforming assets to improve performance.
- Use analyst reports and tools to provide macro-economic outlooks to stakeholders.
- Engage with industry associations through events and forums.
- Build strong relationships with tech, distribution, and agency partners.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of executive leadership in Revenue Management.
- Experience with Hilton and independent brands is preferred.
