Job summary

Syllo is seeking a Senior UX Designer for a fully remote role. You will lead UX brainstorming, guide design decisions, and collaborate with product and engineering to shape a unified user experience.

Key duties include auditing the product, building and enforcing design system rules, creating intuitive workflows, and delivering wireframes and prototypes in Figma. The role requires 8+ years of UI/UX experience, strong communication, and a focus on accessibility.

Qualifications

• At least 8 yrs demonstrating UI/UX experience solving complex products.
• Before and After case builds are a must.
• Experience understanding types of users and translating needs into intuitive workflows.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and drive adoption.
• Knowledge of accessibility and AI coding for Design is a plus.
• Strong communication and autonomous team-player capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide design support and UX perspective.
• Audit the product to spot areas for a design-system implementation and create tickets to drive execution.
• Proactively audit key workflows to improve intuitiveness.
• Refine UX experiences, simplify them, and implement intuitive patterns.
• Implement Design System rules and continue the UX patterns in Syllo.
