Job summary
RemX | The Workforce Experts is seeking a Senior UX Designer to help shape the next generation of digital insurance experiences. In this role, you'll collaborate with product, business, and technology teams to improve customer-facing digital quoting experiences as well as agent-assisted journeys.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of UX design experience for digital products or services.
- Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant UX experience (4+ years).
- Strong proficiency with Figma and usability testing tools.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product and engineering to define customer experience challenges.
- Lead the full UX lifecycle: discovery, research, ideation, wireframes, prototyping, testing, delivery.
- Conduct user research to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Translate findings into design recommendations and intuitive experiences.
- Create flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and other UX artifacts.
- Design across websites, mobile apps, emails, and digital tools.
- Facilitate usability studies to validate concepts and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with researchers, designers, PMs, and engineers; contribute to design systems.
