Job summary

Side America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engine & Graphics Engineer for a full-time remote position. You will optimize Unreal Engine 5 systems, diagnose performance issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve visual quality and efficiency in game development.

Lead core engine, rendering, and graphics work; profile and resolve performance across CPU, GPU, memory, and platform contexts; mentor engineers and establish best practices for performance and optimization across projects.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience as a Senior, Lead, or Principal engineer with expertise in game engine and graphics programming.
• Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine 5, including architecture, rendering systems, and optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of graphics programming fundamentals and modern graphics APIs.
• Excellent C++ programming skills and experience with low-level engine systems.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively deliver technical solutions.
