Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and CA bar license.
• 7+ years of legal experience with first chair jury trial experience.
• Knowledge of Northern California courts and local federal courts.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex and high exposure litigation with trial and appellate focus.
• Analyze issues, conduct research, and develop defense strategies for clients.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively with clients, Claims, and courts in a tech-driven environment.
• Represent witnesses and evidence at trials and hearings; support ADRs.
