Tiger Resourcing Group is seeking a Senior Traffic Engineer to lead traffic engineering, signal timing, and ITS projects with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role supports public sector clients at state and local levels from a fully remote setup in Pennsylvania.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in transportation engineering, PE/PTOE or IMSA certification is highly desirable, and proficiency with industry tools. Collaboration with leadership and mentoring is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Planning, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• PE/PTOE or IMSA certification desirable.
• Minimum 5 years in transportation engineering or related discipline.
• At least 3 years experience managing public sector projects/teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead traffic engineering, signal operations/timing, and ITS design projects.
• Develop strategies for arterial traffic flow and safety improvements.
• Prepare performance metrics, procedures, deficiency reports, and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with agencies on signal and arterial system operations.
