Job summary

JumpCloud is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the Security organization's program management. This hands-on role combines classic PM rigor with AI-augmented workflows to orchestrate day-to-day security projects.

You will own prioritization, cross-team coordination with security leadership, engineers, and the AI team, and design AI-assisted program management systems that scale with our growing security footprint.
