Qualifications

• 12+ years in tech as an engineer, product manager, or TPM.
• 5+ years in people management roles supervising TPMs.
• Technical depth to drive conversations with engineering and product teams.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills for complex programs.
• Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or Information Systems.
