Job summary
PGTEK is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to orchestrate cross-functional teams for federal assessments and customer outcomes. You will manage plans, risks, and negotiations, while ensuring alignment with DoD and RMF requirements.
The role requires experience with cloud, security, and regulated environments, plus strong leadership to drive agile delivery and governance across programs. Hybrid or remote work with travel to customer sites is expected.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cloud, security, product, program, mission, or engineering roles.
- 2+ years hands-on Google Cloud or regulated-environment experience.
- Experience with technical program delivery, agile planning, RAID, requirements, executive communication, and federal governance.
Responsibilities
- Own integrated plans, RACI, risks, dependencies, acceptance criteria, rehearsals, customer cadence, and closure.
- Drive technical program delivery using agile planning, RAID, requirements management, and executive communication.
- Mentor team members and contribute reusable standards.
- Support RMF/FedRAMP/DoD authorization activities.
