Job summary

PGTEK is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead our L100 AI Landing Zones capability, coordinating people, evidence, and decisions to deliver successful federal assessments and customer outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in cloud/security/programs, DoD/government experience, and hands-on Google Cloud work. Hybrid or remote work with travel to customer sites (10–25%) in the Washington, DC / Northern Virginia area is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant cloud, security, product, program, mission, or engineering experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Google Cloud or regulated-environment experience.
• Experience with technical program delivery, agile planning, RAID, requirements, executive communication, and federal governance.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated plans, RACI, risks, dependencies, acceptance criteria, rehearsals, customer cadence, and closure
• Drive technical program delivery using agile planning, RAID, requirements management, and executive communication
• Mentor team members and contribute reusable standards
• Support RMF/FedRAMP/DoD authorization activities
