Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a CAO Elite Senior Analyst to protect customers by conducting advanced threat hunting, intelligence analysis, and dark web monitoring. You’ll deliver tailored intelligence and briefings, partnering with multiple CrowdStrike teams to craft innovative solutions and exceed customer expectations.

You will own the customer relationship, translate complex security findings to executives, and contribute to research and improvements across threat hunting services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in two or more of listed areas.
• Incident response or security operations.
• Threat hunting.
• Cyber threat intelligence.
• Dark web monitoring.
• Ability to communicate findings to clients and executives.
• Customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
• Team-first, collaborative.
• Presentation delivery to stakeholders.
• Incident handling for targeted threats (APTs, Organized Crime, Hacktivists).
• Intelligence tradecraft knowledge.
• Enterprise SaaS & Cloud Security understanding.
• AI technologies to enhance decision-making.
• Security control validation using MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of dedicated customer account and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Perform threat hunting, dark web data research, and tailored threat intelligence.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on intelligence reports and threat findings.
• Collaborate with CrowdStrike teams to develop creative, high-impact solutions.
• Respond to customer requests regarding threat intelligence and hunting.
