Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join our remote US team. You will lead complex investigations across endpoints, identity, email, network, and cloud environments, providing expert guidance during critical incidents and mentoring junior teammates.

You will apply advanced malware analysis, threat intel, and MITRE ATT&CK techniques to accelerate detection and response, while coordinating remediation with customers and third parties.

Qualifications

• Lead complex incident response investigations from triage through remediation.
• Expert-level analysis of EDR telemetry, forensic artifacts, and network data.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 security incidents including BEC and AITM.
• Ability to develop and execute remediation plans across multi-host environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations across endpoint, identity, email, network, and cloud environments.
• Conduct advanced analysis of telemetry, artifacts, and network data to determine root cause and scope.
• Investigate Microsoft 365 attacks including BEC and AITM with expert guidance to customers.
• Review malware analysis to understand threat behavior and inform remediation.
• Develop strategic remediation plans coordinating third-party containment actions.
• Mentor and develop Analyst team members and contribute to training materials.
• Identify and drive process improvements and build automation for detection and response.
• Represent CrowdStrike through thought leadership activities and external speaking.
• Deliver expert-level customer communications during critical incidents.
