Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join the Endpoint Protection Team. You will lead complex investigations across multiple environments, determine root causes, and guide remediation for high-severity incidents.

You will mentor junior analysts, contribute to SOPs, and help advance detection capabilities through automation and AI-enabled workflows. This role emphasizes thought leadership and customer-facing engagements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading and managing complex incident response investigations.
• Proven ability to own high-severity, multi-host incidents from triage through remediation.
• Strong communication skills for high-pressure escalation scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations across endpoint, identity, email, network and cloud environments.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to training materials and knowledge base.
• Develop surgical remediation plans for compromised environments and coordinate containment.
