Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Sr Test Development Engineer to lead end-to-end automated tests for software and firmware within CGM systems. You will design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test solutions, including hardware fixtures, and validate products across firmware, mobile apps, and server platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development or software test development.
• 4+ years programming with OOP languages such as Java and Python, with experience in Ruby a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, execution, and maintenance of product end-to-end automated tests for software and firmware integrations in CGM systems.
• Use AI systems to accelerate test development and execution while maintaining coverage quality.
• Develop and maintain CI/CT for end-to-end test suites.
• Record and track issues in the defect tracking system.
• Analyze failures and collaborate with development teams to investigate root causes.
• Review software and system requirements and design specifications.
• Modify test protocols based on changing requirements and execute regression validation.
• Create requirements traceability matrices to demonstrate comprehensive test coverage.
• Follow internal software development, cybersecurity, and validation procedures compliant with medical and security regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Mentor and train junior engineers.
