Job summary

You will drive readiness and adoption of AI, coordinate MS 365 and security initiatives, and shape roadmaps sized to client revenue and maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in technology leadership, consulting, or digital transformation with executive relationships.
• Ability to travel as required for client-site access.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technology advisor for assigned clients and leadership.
• Lead STRONG assessments, cybersecurity scoring, and roadmapping.
• Advise boards on cyber risk, AI governance, and vendor due diligence.
• Lead AI readiness, governance, and adoption with BEAM teams.
• Coordinate initiatives including MS 365, security, data, and integration.
• Grow portfolio by identifying new services and partnerships.
• Prepare proposals and represent BEAM in engagements.
• Mentor BEAM specialists and support client strategy.
