Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead the Technical Applications Group (TAG) across medium to high complexity projects. The role focuses on product development, process improvement, validation, scale-up, technology transfer, and commercialization while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

This is a remote opportunity. The candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and R&D

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field relevant to product development and manufacturing.
• Experience in product development, formulation, and manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead product, process, and formulation development for innovation, renovation, optimization, and productivity projects.
• Support formulation improvements, process optimization, troubleshooting, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead scale-up, validation, and transfer to internal sites and external partners.
• Conduct and oversee technical trials, risk assessments, and qualification activities for commercialization and performance.
