Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• 8+ years of tax experience in a public accounting firm.
• Strong interpersonal and client-management skills.
• Leadership experience or eligibility for promotion to senior tax leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax engagements with federal and state taxation focus.
• Mentor and supervise staff and senior tax associates.
• Develop and implement tax strategies for clients in compliance with laws.
• Drive growth and maintain high-quality client service.
