Job summary

Earned seeks a Senior Tax Manager to support doctors’ financial needs with tax planning and preparation, and related accounting tasks. You will oversee client statements, tax onboarding, and multi-entity returns, while mentoring staff and managing client relationships.

Candidate should have a CPA, 7+ years’ CPA firm experience, and strong communication skills. Location is remote within the United States, with travel noted up to 10% and a heavy emphasis on tax strategy and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• CPA licensure – active.
• 7+ years of successful CPA firm experience and/or Big 4 experience.
• Heavy business tax experience (S-Corp, C-Corp, individual, trust).

Responsibilities

• Oversee client financial statements for accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and prepare profit allocations for multi-owner clients.
• Oversee client tax onboarding.
• Prepare, review, and sign designated tax returns for various entities.
