The role emphasizes developing tax strategies to optimize liabilities and staying current with regulatory changes. Remote work is open nationwide with in-person meetings preferred in IA, MN, ND, and WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA/EA preferred or pursuing.
• 2+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience with renewable fuels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
• Conduct in-depth tax research and prepare position memos.
• Mentor staff and develop tax quality control policies.
