Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation (THTBC) is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design, implement, and secure an enterprise IT environment that supports federal contracting needs and mission-critical operations.

You will lead infrastructure administration, cloud and virtualization, identity and data protection, and cybersecurity compliance; collaboration with IT leadership and vendors is essential, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity or related field.
• 10+ years in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or similar.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, and cloud services.
• Proven ability to lead complex IT and cybersecurity initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Administer and secure enterprise servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, and virtualization environments.
• Implement and maintain security baselines, patches, and compliance controls.
• Support compliance with NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, and federal requirements.
• Lead incident response, auditing, and disaster recovery activities.
