Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in systematic trading or electronic markets.
• Direct experience with U.S.-equity execution and market structure is required.
• Calm, documented decision-making under live-market pressure is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor strategies, exposures, limits, and execution quality.
• Investigate slippage, drift, and unusual market behavior.
• Define escalation and controlled-shutdown procedures to managed risk.
