Job summary

Care Access is seeking a Senior Specialist for Study Training Compliance and DOA Matrix Management. The role focuses on coordinating training completion, maintaining staff training records, and ensuring DOA matrices align with regulatory expectations across multiple studies.

The position supports cross-functional teams, drives audit readiness, and contributes to process improvements in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Remote US work with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in Central Support, Clinical Operations, or Compliance roles in regulated settings.
• Experience with training compliance workflows and DOA matrix coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee study training compliance and DOA matrix management across studies.
• Maintain eISF documentation and ensure audit-readiness of training records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with protocol milestones.
• Support audits, inspections, and document requests related to training compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve training workflows and documentation practices.
