Job summary

GEHA is seeking a Senior Strategic Procurement Analyst to lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and vendor performance within GEHA's Vendor Manager Office. The role focuses on onboarding external partners, driving cost savings, and ensuring compliance across major suppliers.

You will design RFP processes and monitor partner performance while collaborating with leadership to optimize contracts and spend.

Qualifications

• Requires 6–9 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing sourcing strategies that drive cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new external partners meeting quality, cost and compliance requirements.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships for favorable terms.
• Monitor daily workflow and guide processes for major expenses.
• Manage performance of current and future partnerships and review criteria against contracts.
• Prepare analyses to evaluate partner contract performance for monthly invoices.
• Design end-to-end RFP processes for contracts and renewals.
