Cox Automotive Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Strategic Planning (CAI Inventory Solutions) to shape and execute strategic initiatives across titling, payments, commercial services, dealer services, and client support operations in the Atlanta area and beyond.

You will partner with Manheim auction leadership, front office teams, and shared services to translate strategy into action, manage roadmaps, and drive improvements in efficiency while maintaining exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; 8+ years of relevant experience
• Master's degree and 6+ years experience or Ph.D. and 3+ years experience or 12+ years experience in related field

Responsibilities

• Perform strategic planning and analysis to shape a cohesive client experience and inform investment decisions
• Translate strategy into action by partnering with operations teams on processes and policies
• Develop and deliver a sequenced, time-bound roadmap to achieve goals
• Own workstreams within strategic initiatives with analysis across market positioning, dynamics, and impact
• Partner with Product and Technology to develop scalable capabilities that address evolving client needs and improve efficiency
