You will drive supplier negotiations, POs, and contract follow‑through in a fast‑paced aerospace environment. The role requires 7+ years in indirect procurement, strong SAP experience, and the ability to manage competing priorities while improving cost, risk, and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or related field; equivalent directly relevant experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of progressive procurement experience in indirect goods and services.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or fast-paced technical environments with successful sourcing events and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic sourcing and procurement for assigned indirect categories including facilities, MRO and shop supplies, capital equipment, tooling support, IT, professional services, contingent labor, travel, logistics, utilities, and general corporate services.
• Lead sourcing events, supplier selection, negotiations, and award recommendations, balancing cost, schedule, technical capability, service quality, risk, and total cost of ownership.
• Negotiate and administer purchase orders, service agreements, statements of work, master service agreements, renewals, and change orders in coordination with Legal, Finance, and functional owners.
• Execute the complete procure‑to‑pay cycle in SAP, including supplier/master data, requisitions, POs, approvals, service entry, and invoice resolution; maintain data accuracy and resolve issues.
