Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Statistical Programmer (Sr SP) for remote work from India. The role requires 5–8 years of experience with end-to-end programming, SDTM/ADaM, TLF development, and SAS-based outputs for clinical studies.

Candidates should have exposure to efficacy analyses, R programming skills, and experience in oncology or non-oncology trials. Immediate joiners are preferred; minimal travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent in a scientific/statistical field.
• Extensive programming experience in SAS or equivalent in a clinical trial setting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with SDTM/ADaM and TLF development.

Responsibilities

• Develops programs to generate tables, listings, and figures per SAP and specs.
• Performs validation programming and ensures outputs meet quality standards.
• Maintains project documentation and supports inspection readiness.
• Leads programming activities and mentors junior programmers as needed.
• Participates in sponsor and kickoff meetings and provides timely updates.
