Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 12 years in software development or 8 years with an advanced degree
• Expertise in object‑oriented languages such as Java or C#, with full stack experience
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) and web technologies (HTML, CSS)
• Experience with mobile development (Native SDK or Flutter) and cloud‑native deployments
• Proficient in microservices architecture and API‑first design
• Demonstrated ability to lead in an Agile environment and manage cross‑team projects
• Excellent communication, analytical, and on‑call incident response skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver scalable, available, fault‑tolerant production applications
• Lead architecture design and influence product roadmap
• Mentor team members and lead sprint planning
• Perform code/design reviews and ensure quality standards
• Triage production incidents and drive efficient resolutions
