KPS Life is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Site Start-Up Lead (SSU Lead) to drive global site activation for complex, high-profile clinical trials and to be fully dedicated to our sponsor client, working remotely.

The role emphasizes developing site activation strategies, managing CRO performance, leading line management, and leveraging data-driven insights to accelerate study start-up while maintaining inspection readiness across geographies. A minimum of 8 years in site start-up is required.

Qualifications

• BS degree and 8+ years of industry experience in site start-up
• Experience driving global site activation for complex clinical trials
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and TMF filing

Responsibilities

• Develop global site start-up strategy for complex studies
• Oversee CRO performance and site activation milestones
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and country start-up activities
