Job summary

Silicon Ranch is seeking a Senior Manager, Sourcing to own strategy, sourcing, and risk posture for major solar equipment across the U.S. You will lead multi-year procurement, manage budgets and savings targets, and mentor the supply chain team.

You will collaborate with engineering, legal, project management, and finance, ensuring compliance and cost competitiveness while driving continuity and performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain with leadership experience.
• Experience in renewables, power, construction, or infrastructure; utility-scale solar preferred.
• Proven track record negotiating complex transactions and master agreements with cost control focus.
• Experience with EPC contracts and logistics coordination for major equipment.
• Trade-compliance depth relevant to solar: UFLPA, customs, and domestic content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year procurement and category strategy for key equipment (modules, transformers, inverters, racking).
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract execution for optimal terms.
• Run QBRs and supplier scorecards to drive accountability and improvements.
• Develop MSAs and long-term procurement frameworks; support ITC compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, risk management, and governance for procurement processes.
