Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; 6 years of additional experience can substitute.
• MBA preferred.
• 5 years experience in healthcare supply chain information or related field.
• 5 years experience in peri‑op value analysis, negotiating, contracting, purchasing, or related fields.
• Ability to lead tactical and strategic negotiations.
• Shall pursue CPSM, Lean/Six Sigma, Project Management or related certifications within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic negotiations with suppliers and drive savings.
• Chair VAT program and oversee perioperative category management.
• Develop and manage RFIs and RFPs; analyze responses and select suppliers.
• Coordinate capital equipment procurement and supplier transitions.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and PHS policies.
• Provide financial impact analysis and stakeholder communications.
