Job summary

Mobilitas, a CSAA Insurance Group company, is seeking a Sr. Claims Specialist, Commercial Casualty for remote nationwide work. You will resolve 1st and 3rd party injury claims of low to moderate complexity across multiple states, requiring licensing in several jurisdictions.

You will handle FNOL, coverage determinations, investigations, and subrogation considerations, while collaborating with teams to ensure fair and timely resolutions. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of claims experience with a minimum of 3+ years in casualty adjuster experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster’s license for all applicable states or obtain license(s) within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims efficiently to a proper resolution with minimal supervision.
• Handle liability injury claims and coverage/damage concerns.
• Conduct investigations and make coverage determinations; advise on actions.
• Assess subrogation potential and initiate subrogation notices.
• Develop negotiation strategies to resolve claims with insureds or claimants.
