Actalent is hiring a Sr. Software Engineer to design, develop, and support full-stack applications for manufacturing and industrial tech environments. The role focuses on Ignition platforms, React-based UI, and integrations with MES/ERP systems, with cloud deployments and containerized workflows.

You will work closely with clients and project teams to deliver scalable software, participate in reviews, and contribute to documentation. 8+ years of experience and a BS in CS/SE are required.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Must have development experience with Ignition.
• Experience with Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
• Strong full-stack development experience (front-end and back-end).
• Strong MES experience.
• Experience with React or similar web frameworks.
• Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and modern deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Docker containerization.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software applications.
• Build responsive UIs using React and modern web technologies.
• Develop and optimize relational and non-relational databases.
• Create integrations with MES, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop solutions to process and transmit industrial data (MQTT).
• Build and support Ignition platform projects and integrations.
• Deploy and maintain apps with Git, CI/CD, containers, and cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
• Participate in design and code reviews and document technical work.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver solutions.
