Cross River is a fintech company delivering embedded payments, cards, and lending solutions. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer for Core Banking and Payments.

This 100% remote role collaborates with the Core Banking and Payments team to build high-performance real-time banking modules and migrate systems to .NET 8.0. You will design and develop web applications using Angular and .NET 8, ensure responsiveness, and mentor teammates while delivering scalable, idempotent components.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with RxJS and component-based architecture.
• Experience writing automated UI tests with Cypress (or Playwright/Selenium).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with AWS and Docker.
• Financial industry or accounting experience helpful (not required).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web applications using Angular (v12+) for the frontend and .NET 8 for the backend.
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness of applications.
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code.
• Implement and maintain automated end-to-end tests using Cypress.
• Plan, triage, and prioritize work across multiple priorities.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge with partners.
